  1. I have a student who is only 13 or 14 years old in my 8th grade Theatre Arts Class. He is super funny, but needs to learn where his humor would be most accepted – on the stage! I was just wondering if this class would be ok for a young teen?

      Hi Vicki,

I’m glad you’re interested in our improv class!

Right now, the regular improv classes we offer are for 18 years and up, with a few exceptions for some mature 16 year olds. I refer people looking for improv classes for youth to the Youth classes and Shows at ZACH Theatre. http://zachtheatre.org/education.

We have added a Family Improv course to our curriculum: https://merlin-works.com/family-improv-classes/. We’ll keep you on our mailing list to alert you to when we offer the Family Improv class. It’s a great way for parents to participate in the fun with their kids.

Let ZACH know Merlin Works sent you and good luck!
