Double the Showcase fun
in April!

Saturday, April 9 @ 8pm
Improv Comedy Showcase feat. The Project, Sugar Water Purple, and The Known Wizards!

Improv all-stars of Austin, The Known Wizards, headline this improv comedy showcase with spontaneous scenes, hilarious games, surprisingly good songs, and fantastic stories all made up on the spot based on audience input. Plus…

The Project — Chuy and Antonio are father and son. They don’t always get along. Working together, they create scenes that will bring them closer. Will they put their toxicity aside and learn from each other?
Sugar Water Purple —A Harold like format that won them the 2019 B. Iden Payne Rudy Kloptic Award.

But wait, there’s more…

Join us for a pre-show warm-up where we’ll play quick and fun improv games. RSVP

Saturday, April 16 @ 6, 8 & 10pm
Three Student Showcases feat:
Storytelling 101 &
TWO Stand-Up Comedy Showcases

Join us for a weekend of storytelling and improv comedy as we celebrate our Storytelling 101 class with a showcase where Instructor and Moth Story Slam Champion Paul Normandin has guided his students through shaping these stories over an 8-week workshop series. Watch, laugh, listen, feel along with these storytellers as they share moments from their own lives. This performance is intended for audiences age 16 and up.

Instructor Valerie Nies has guided her students through shaping these 5-minute stand-up comedy sets over an 6-week workshop series. Students will perform 5-minute sets created and honed in class taught by Valerie Ness.

The class was so popular we had to split the sets! We’ve got one showcase at 8pm and another at 10pm. Come see these up-and-coming stand-up comedians try out brand new material!
